How to enable Dual Monitor in Cloud

1. Make sure all monitors are plugged in the unit and are both working well.

2. Go to you RDP file and right click on it. Select Display.

3. Make sure the "Use all my monitors for the remote session" is checked as shown below.


4. Go back to General Tab, save the changes and connect. Saving the changes you've made means that you will be using the dual monitor most of the time. If you're not gonna do use it so often, just connect directly. 


*NOTE: If you are currently logged in and decided to use both monitors, this might require you to reconnect in order for the changes to occur.
