How to retrieve a missing file or folder

See this example:

Step 1: On this example a file is missing inside 01- Backgrounds  If the file is missing inside the folder you have to right click the folder and choose PROPTERTIES

note: previous versions only works for folders, for this case we choose 01- Backgrounds because the file we are trying to look is inside the folder.

Step 2: Once you click propterties this tab will open, Choose PREVIOUS VERSIONS, observe that there are a lot of versions created on the folder. use the scroll bar on the right to choose what date versions you need.
On this example we chose the date from 6/26/2018 around 11pm then click OPEN
Note: the time depends on what time you have on your remote desktop, if you are in PH it will automatically convert to PH time if the changes was made US time.
example: let say PH Drafter edited file at 2am in the morning PH time, then US Drafter deleted the file by accident, the time will automatically convert that to 11am US time, similar to our example.

Step 3: Once you click Open you will now see what was the version of the folder from the selected date. as you can see the tab from the right side has a date on the URL so you won't be confuse which one is the previous version.
Note: Also remember that Windows create previous versions whenever there were changes made within the selected folder/\. but it has limitation of 1 month of previous versions.

Final Step: Simply COPY and PASTE the selected files you want or you can click RESTORE to restore everything.
