How to use Single Monitor for Cloud

New Connection or Re-connect method


1. Make sure all monitors are plugged in the unit and are both working well.

2. Go to you RDP file and right click on it and click on "edit"

3. Go to the Display tab and copy the settings below. Make sure it is set to Full Screen (moving the slider to the right most) and the "Use all my monitors for the remote session" is unchecked as shown below.


4. Go back to General Tab, save the changes if you wish to and connect. Saving the changes you've made means that you will be using the single monitor most of the time. If you're not gonna do use it so often, just connect directly. 


*NOTE: If you are currently logged in and decided to use both monitors, this might require you to reconnect in order for the changes to occur.



Minimizing from multiple monitors


Alternatively, you can minimize from multi-monitor using the connection bar and then resize the resulting window to fit onto a single monitor.
