Fixing Bluebeam Performance Issues on New Windows 2025 RDP Servers

Bluebeam slow on Windows Server 2025 Remote Desktops

1. Edit the remote desktop connection

  1. Right click on the remote desktop connection.
  2. Click More Actions
  3. Click Edit
  4. Go to the Local Resources Tab
  5. Uncheck pritners if checked
  6. Then click More

2. Clear Everything

Uncheck everything here, especially Video captyure devices

3. Click "OK"

Once you have confirmed everything, especially video capture devices is unchecked, click "OK"

4. Click "Save"

  1. Go back to the "General" tab and click Save.
  2. Now click connect or you can close this and connect by double clicking the connection icon like normal.
