Automatic login & Tickets access

1. Open this link on your browser http://help.breendesign.com/


2. Enter your freshdesk credentials and make sure "Remeber me on this computer" is checked to be automatically login.


3. Upon logging in open Tickets.





4. Open the drop down arrow to select the status of the ticket you wish to open.
