Shared mailbox not showing emails

This is a cached issue, Usually this happens to large mailboxes. So instead of getting the email through Cached we take it instead using bandwidth.

1.) Go to File
2.) Account settings

3.) click the profile/email and select change

4.) click more settings (Lower right corner of the tab)
5.) go to advance tab
6.) Uncheck Download shared folders
7.) click apply and OK
8.) Restart outlook
