Locked/Uneditable element

This guide shows how to relinquish ownership of elements in Revit. 

Sample picture of error shown below. Note that you must do this guide as the user in question e.g. "jlopez"

1. Open the file in question.

2. Under collaborate tab, click on Relinquish All Mine button, then save the file.

3. Click on Synchronize with Central button.

*If upon closing Revit you encounter this prompt, click on Relinquish all elements and worksets
