Unable to save drawing (accessed by another session)

1. When you received a prompt upon saving a .dwg file like this.

2. Open Tokyo File server (if the file is accessed at tokyo server) or Oregon File server (if the file accessed at oregon servers)

3.  Inside the File server right click the start button and select computer management.

4.  On the computer management select shared folders and then select open files.

5. Browse through the open files and look for the file name of the dwg file that you are trying to save.

6. After locating the dwg file you wish to save, right click the file and select close open file.

Note: Make sure the "Open Mode" must be on "Read"

7. Go back to your dwg file and try to "save as" with different file name and replace the existing file.
