Fix DWG Icon and AutoCad Launcher

Problems,

1.) DWG icon is empty
2.) Clicking a DWG file opens a new AutoCad instead of a new tab


Step 1: search in the windows search tab "add or remove programs"

Step 2: Scroll down and look for below




Step 3: these are the recommended settings
