Fix AutoCAD Profile, missing plot styles and Other Errors

Resetting Users Profiles is useful when there are odd errors in AutoCAD, such as odd startup errors, cannot find dictionary or if fields are empty.

Please do the following if you get odd errors at startup, such as saying it can find profile information and such:

1. Download the file "RepairCAD.ZIP"
2. Close AutoCAD
3. Create a folder that is easy to access
4. Unzip RepairCAD.zip to this folder
   1. There should now be three files in the
5. Open a command prompt
   1. Click the "Start" button
   2. Type CMD
      1. NOTE: This should NOT be an elevated command prompt
6. Change the directory to where you extracted the files to in step 3 above
7. Type FixAutoCAD and press enter
8. Open each version of AutoCAD, starting from newest to oldest
   1. If Migrate Settings appears when reopening AutoCAD, DO NOT MIGRATE settings

NOTES:

• This will remove all personalization
• This will automatically create new profiles for the user in AutoCAD 2023 & 2024
• This will remove all settings for AutoCAD dating back to 2021
  • NOTE: AutoCAD 2021 & 2022 should no longer be used, if they are used, you will need to manually reconfigure their profiles.
