Adding/Updating Sharp Copier

To add Sharp copier you must:

1.Remove the existing copier.

2.Look for its updated driver. Usually stored here: I:\BE-IT\04 - Software\04 - IT maintenance program
   If you are unsure if it is the right driver, ask Sir Jonash or Sir Chris

3.Run the driver. It will let you choose which type of installation you prefer. Choose Standard Installation

4.It will try to search for the said copier and will fail. It will show another box like below. Select Specific Condition..

5.Input the IP address of the copier you wish to add. (Check onenote for IP addresses of the copier)

6.The copier will be added with its machine name as shown below.

7.Right Click on the printer. On General Tab, rename the plotter. e.g Torrance - MEP Copier (follow our standard naming for plotter)

8.On the Configuration tab, select Four Trays, and Auto Configuration. IF you select auto config, another pop-up box will appear. Chooses all the suggested settings and then OK.

NOTE: For MEP Copier, we can select Four Trays.
 But for Architectural/Civil, Three Trays would be available.
