Protocol for Employee's last day / Fired

1.) Cloud Access
Immediately remove access to cloud

-    Kick the user if he/she is in the cloud

-    Disable access but do not delete RDP Profile

-    If the user has IAM Role to turn on or off servers it must be deleted or disabled

2.) Email Access
Email should convert to a shared mailbox and given to appropriate people to receive and access emails.

-    Create a group if many people need to receive his email or assign a user.

-    Remove them to TorranceHQ

-    Empty users' information for them to be removed in dynamic groups.

3.) Employee workstations
If the employee has a laptop or any company's own devices should be surrendered and must not be touched again by the employee after his last day even if he/she forgot important files he/she needs an IT to get his files. Permission for Paul, Dace, or department heads is required.

4.) Printer Access
the minor task will be deleting them on HP plotter, sharp MX series printers, and MEP Copier.
