RISA License issues

Any Issue with license (mismatch hardware and license error) see picture below (1) . Go to https://secure.risa.com then login to the company admin cwade@breeneng.com for additional insights.

Deleting the cached credentials located in "C:\ProgramData\RISA\%username%\" will usually resolve the hardware mismatch error. (make sure you can see hidden files)
Delete the folder of the user for "example: Dlee" see  picture below  (2)

then try opening RISA softwares again for the effected user next step is the user will be required to put license credentials,

On https://secure.risa.com it should show on the usage menu that the license is in use then releases the license once it close with a 15 seconds delay before it release it.


If it doesn't, a full uninstall and reinstall of the software is recommended. Those files will be erased and recreated fresh that way.
