Fix Bluebeam Font Cache Error

In some cases, users may get the error The font cache is corrupt, rebuilding now when opening Bluebeam, if this happens more than once, you will need to manually fix permissions and delete the font cache.

  1. Right click on the folder: C:\ProgramData\Bluebeam Software
  2. Click Properties
  3. Security Tab
  4. Click Advanced Security
  5. Set the owner to Everyone
  6. Set Everyone and all other users listed to have full control
  7. Check the box to replace all child permissions
  8. Click Apply - This may take a few minutes to complete
  9. Once all changes are applied click OK
  10. Click OK again
  11. Delete the following file: C:\ProgramData\Bluebeam Software\Bluebeam Revu\2016\Revu\FontCache.xml

Open Bluebeam and it should now work properly for all users.
