Troubleshooting Spam


1. Analyze the spam message header on EXRCA website

2. collect the originating IP also checked the SCL(spam confidence value) which was 5

3. checked the SPF record which shows IP address was not added

4. Login to Go Daddy(DNS server) and update SPF record add Public IP which we found from message trace
