Deltek - Application cannot be started

If a user is getting this error, run through the following steps:
Note: you must be able to view hidden files.
1. Have the user log off from his/her rdp session from whichever server they're using.
2. From your admin account, log in to that server and go to C:\Users\"user"\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows where "user" is the username of the person receiving the error. e.g. "C:\Users\Jatienza\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows"
3. Rename UsrClass.dat file to UsrClass.dat.old
The user should now be able to access Deltek again.
