Unavailable Instance Type

If you experience the errors attached below with the existing servers, please do this steps.

1. If your case is insufficient instance type capacity in the availability zone (as shown below), change your instance type to nearest type possible or applicable.

2. If after doing so, you encounter the NLA Error (attached image below). You need to login using the local administrator account. These are the admin account used to login to the server for the first time.

*Administrator passwords for server are saved in our note documentation. If you want to verify if the password is correct, try getting the Windows Password again.  It should match the ones documented.

3. After successfully logging in to the server, check if Domain Users are allowed to log in by doing these steps. https://breeneng.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/22000223882

4. Confirming steps on the link, you can proceed on checking if the DNS address haven't changed or remove.

     *To check:

            > Open Network connections or type 'ncpa.cpl' on the search bar.
            > Right click on the network connection available and go to properties.

            > Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) >Properties

            > Check if DNS addresses are still there. If not, select use the ff. DNS Server Address (Address will also be found on our OneNote)
            > Input address > OK > OK

5. To check if it can be accessed now, sign in using your non-local admin account. You should be able to login to the server now.
