Using HP Scanner and Plotter

Print Half size or Full size


1. Open the PDF file accordingly using Bluebeam, go to print option ( Cntrl+P)  then select "Torrance - Arch Plotter".


2. Choose Paper size: Arch D for Half size and Arch E for Fullsize

3. Make sure to check the margins on the left side of your Bluebeam

General notes: 

Pros: (a) No Paper jam unless end cycle of the paper roll. (b) it can print to color glossy paper.
Cons: Plotting is not as fast as the Big plotter, changing paper is not as fast as big plotter


Scanning (any size)

1.) Turn on the Plotter, go to scan in using the touch screen, then select scan to the network folder.
Your scans will now go to S Drive in the remote desktop servers.
