Mapped Drives are Missing

Sometimes mapped drive go missing, to fix this, do the following:

  1. Click the Start Button
  2. Type cmd
  3. Press Enter
  4. Type gpupdate
  5. Press Enter
  6. Wait for it to finish, this will take about 2 minutes
  7. Log off of the remote desktop and log back in


All drives should now be shown, although some may have a Red X over them, simply double click the drive and it should work.
